Scenario Details:
You are now going to give evidence in court. This will be based on your assessment of the hard evidence you found and your report.
Assignment:
You will interviewed by the defending counsel via Zoom. This is a federal court matter, so the rules of the federal court are in play. The counsel will ask a series of questions pertaining to the report you made.
You are to have your video and audio working. You are not to take notes or record the Zoom meeting. The assessor will record the assessment.
At the end of the questions, you will be provided feedback by the assessor and the defending lawyer.
This is the last assessment exercise in this case.
